Mama

My Mama is the best Mama in the world.  Yes, I am 21 years old and I still call her Mama.  Mom, Mommy, or Shelley just doesn't sound as good when you say it in a whiney voice....and trust me, Sandi and I have had that voice mastered since we were little.  Oh, and it works like a charm. 

But really...she is the greatest.  Here are some reasons why:

1.  She babies us when we don't feel good.
2.  I can tell her anything.  And I actually do tell her everything, even if she doesn't want to know. 
3.  She ALWAYS has her cell phone with her, but on the rare occasion that I can't get a hold of her I panic.
4.  She supports us with everything we do. 
5.  She makes me LOL constantly with the ridiculous things that come out of her mouth. 
6.  She bought me a trip to Vegas for my 21st.  Holla!
7.  She is a problem solver. 
8.  She cries about everything.  Even when I graduated from a babysitting course in the 6th grade, after every cheerleading performance and every time she hears that damn graduation song. 
9.  She taught me how to be feisty, and to never settle for less than what I deserve.
10.  She is beautiful.  Inside and out. 

I love you Mama.  You are fabulous.
